| DIRECTIONS FOR USE |
IMPORTANT: Take within 24-48 hours of a sore, scratchy, or irritated throat signaling the start of a common cold.

Coldbloc® will not work if you do not have a sore or scratchy throat. |

Coldbloc® will not work for sore throats due to post-nasal drip from allergies or sinus infections. |

| TIMING OF DOSAGES |
| |
You will complete 6 dosages within 1 to 2 days. |
| |
Gargle with the first dose (1 TB) as soon as possible (do not delay). |
| |
Gargle with the next 2 dosages 2 hours apart. |
| |
Gargle with the next 3 dosages 4-6 hours apart. |
| |
Best to take upon rising, noon and before bedtime (so Coldbloc® coats your throat first thing in the am and throughout the night). |
| |
IMPORTANT: Do not skip dosage times, even if you feel better. |
| |
Do not take more than 6 doses or during sleep. |

| HOW TO GARGLE |
| |
SHAKE WELL. Fill dosage cap to 1 TB line, place liquid in mouth, tilting head back so the liquid settles on the sore part of your throat, and gargle vigorously for 15 seconds. |

DO NOT SWALLOW. After gargling, spit out liquid like any other gargle. |
| |
Rinse out your mouth if you wish, but do not rinse your throat. |
| |
Best not to eat or drink for at least one hour after gargling. |

| Allium cepa 30X HPUS, Eupatorium perfoliatum 6X HPUS, Gelsemium 30X HPUS, Pulsatilla 6X HPUS, Sambucus nigra 6X. Contains no antihistamine, zinc, or echinecea. |
